Tui is designed to give everyone the space they need while still being able to come together.

Upstairs, you’ll find a queen bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and open-plan living area, opening onto an outdoor space where you can dine or relax amongst the gardens.

Downstairs has two queen bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchenette and another living area, giving groups the flexibility to spread out across the two levels.

Both levels have heat pumps for year-round comfort, and when you book Tui, the entire retreat is yours to enjoy, with off-street parking and plenty of room to settle in and make yourself at home.

Step outside and you’ll find yourself surrounded by established trees, greenery and birdsong. It’s a peaceful place to enjoy a morning coffee, share a meal outdoors or simply slow down after a day exploring Hawke’s Bay.

Tui is just a short drive from Napier’s Art Deco centre, Marine Parade and the cafés and restaurants of Ahuriri. Spend your days exploring the city, visiting Hawke’s Bay wineries, walking or cycling local trails, or discovering the region’s food, wine and culture.

Then come home to your own private retreat, with space to cook, relax and unwind together.
